Community Keyword Alerts is a powerful feature that lets you leverage Community channels to keep up to date with campus sentiment and potential risk elements with the use of pre-set keyword triggers. When a user makes a post in a community channel, if that post contains a target keyword, it triggers an alert. The alert is an email that goes to the owners and moderators of the channel.
