How to get the STROBE/FLICKER EFFECT (Tutorial)
Today we do the strobe effect in premiere pro CC.
Have no fear this effective effect can be achieved in almost any editing software.
The strobe/flicker style can create a sense of fear, flavour and excitement in your movie, that's why it's one of my favourite effects.
