I am always looking to avoid litigation with insurance adjusters and insurance companies. I feel like insurance adjusters are usually trying to avoid litigation as well. They seem to want to always cover themselves. Contractors should always prepare for the insurance adjuster visit by performing a thorough and complete property damage inspection, solid and accurate documentation as well as the missing Xactimate line items identified. We discuss how to avoid litigation and instead be anti-litigation when dealing with insurance claim repairs.
