Metal Gear Solid is Finally on the Switch! Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 Tour
Kept You Waiting, Huh? (Yes, He did)
I've been playing the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 on the Switch basically non-stop since it release. I picked up the physical day-on edition of the collection. I'm so happy to finally be able to play games from one of my favorite series' of all time!
I think for die-hard fans the whole collection is a great value. I think people love to harp on and nit-pick everything so a lot of news coverage around the release is negative. It looks and performs just fine on the switch both docked and in un-docked modes. All the extra art, music, and master book inclusions are a great touch.
I really like that each game can independently be picked up on the e-shop for 20$. I would definitely chck out MGS 3 if you only wanted to try one and see what the series is about, it also has a more contained story since it is very early in the MGS timeline.
