In the latest @sharedflight tutorial, I explain how to create and join a flight in Shared Flight.

This includes putting the SimBrief Pilot ID into the Settings page so that the above (linking the OFP etc) will work.

This tutorial will work for all future versions of shared flight and X-Plane. It should be applicable to installing Shared Flight into X-Plane 11 also (but Shared Flight works better in X-Plane 12).
