Sting Sings for the JAZZ HOUSE
World-renowned 17-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist STING performs with host, virtuoso bassist, and composer CHRISTIAN McBRIDE McBride at RALPH PUCCI Jazz Set to benefit the JAZZ HOUSE KiDS. The Lowdown: Conversations with Christian® raised more than $800K for the nationally-recognized organization that transforms lives using the power and legacy of jazz to create avenues of access, learning, career development, and community building. This is the 8th annual fundraiser for the JAZZ HOUSE held by RALPH PUCCI International, raising a total of $2 million, with past special guests Gregory Porter, Wynton Marsalis, Diana Krall, Laurie Anderson, John Pizzarelli, Esperanza Spalding and Norah Jones. McBride converses with the artist in between songs, adding to the intimacy of the evening and getting them to open up about their music and lives.
