Horne T605 Bimodal Shower
The Horne Bi-modal shower is suitable for secure (with ligature resistant features) or inclusive (BS 8300 compliant lever controls) settings for versatility. Unassisted mode is for ambulant users who are considered safe and competent to shower alone - water flows via the fixed vandal and ligature resistant shower head. Users requiring supervision or assistance during showering can utilise the shower in Mode 2: the detachable hose and handset are connected at the ligature resistant connection point at the side of the panel. On flow activation, the integral diverter valve automatically directs the flow via the hose and handset.
This bi-modality gives increased flexibility, higher usage of the shower unit (greater turnover of water) and versatility where space is at a premium.
