[22/05/2016] How to fix "Lua Panic Error"

I take a week to solve this problem , i visited more than 50 sites, and i couldn't find a solution so i decide to post my own solution here.
if it doesn't work, go to steam, garry's mod, property, Set launch options, and add For: 8GB "-Xms8192M" For: 4GB "-Xms4096M" For: 2GB "-Xms2048M.
Explanation for "-Xms0000M" : Because it is possible that Garry's mod not want use all your RAM
If you have OC guru disable it
16Gb = 16384Mb
15Gb = 15360Mb
14Gb = 14336Mb
13Gb = 13312Mb
12Gb = 12288Mb
11Gb = 11264Mb
10Gb = 10240Mb
9Gb = 9216Mb
8Gb = 8192Mb
7Gb = 7168Mb
6Gb = 6144Mb
5Gb = 5120Mb
4Gb = 4096Mb
3Gb = 3072Mb
2Gb = 2048Mb
1Gb = 1024Mb
And i use software "Mirillis Action" for REC° my windows otherwise I use Fraps for games BlaBlaBla...
