1 1 kg veal rump
150 g smoked bacon lardons
600 g small new potatoes (baby potatoes)
200 g cherry tomatoes
8 garlic cloves
4 thyme sprigs
1 tablespoon chopped chervil
120 g butter
1 dl veal stock
3 tablespoons olive oil
Fine salt, fleur de sel, and freshly ground pepper
