The concept behind the lyrics:
Individual creativity and problem solving are a solid resource of every human being. Nevertheless, in front of tasks that bare a considerable amount of complexity, individuals need to act differently by developing ideas and solutions in teams. The results of the group workstreams is holistic, superior than the sum of the contributions of the single constituents. This approach makes great achievements possible.
