Sometimes, in a project, you are in need of adding additional anchor points to your shape in order to do more editing. Using the 'add anchor point tool' is great, but doesn't trying to accurately add multiple anchor points around your path can be a bit tricky.

Thankfully, Adobe Illustrator has another way to achieve this! 👍

Simply select your shape. Then go to object - path - Add anchor points.
