Create a Bootable USB Flash Drive with RUFUS - DOWNLOAD in the Description
With the help of a small program (Rufus), and a bootable ISO file, you can create a bootable USB flash drive (or USB stick). This flash drive can be used to start the computer and install a new copy of Windows from the USB drive instead of a CD or DVD disc.
Set your PC's BIOS to boot from USB.
