It's been done before. We will do it again.
Many people have been criticising us that we cannot possibly keep interest rates at 3% for the next five years. Well we can legislate that through the Reserve Bank Act as it has been done before.
Our goal is to protect and defend Australians to ensure millions of Australians are not impacted by a rapidly rising interest rate that we know will impact many home owners and destroy their wealth.
It's time for a New Government that is not beholden to the banks.
