HOW TO SOLVE SCREEN BLINKING /FLASHING/FLICKERING ISSUE ?

This video is all about how to fix screen blinking,flashing and flickering issue? for window 10 .
This issue mostly causes due to windows update and other update such as browser.
I am not sure about browser but i see after doing system restore my issue is solve but when i shutdown my laptop and again log in in it still happening.
Then i notice one think that my chrome browser is not opening after system restore. so i think the problem is in chrome browser not in window .
After uninstalling it , my laptop working complete fine.
So
if same think happen in you pc or laptop, do given step in video .
one more think i see this solution is mostly applicable for all window problem .because this solution set you pc or laptop to its last update and if any problem occurs due to any update it easily solve it.
