Where I've Been & Where I'm Going
One year, seven months, two weeks, two days. That's how long since I last released a video on this channel. Now, after what will have hopefully been the battle of my life, I'm back. Find out when and how I'm coming back to this channel.
This video focusses on mental health, specifically mine but the entire subject as well. My story starts in September 2018 and is one that is still not over today - but I'm close. Mental health continues to be a subject of secrecy and myth, one still not talked about enough today.
If you, or someone you know, is struggling with a mental health condition, it's important to talk. Just letting it out or asking someone how they're doing can be enough. It's not easy - I know that - but even the smallest gesture can mean the world of difference. Failing that, there are so many amazing charities and organisations that can offer help and advice. You are not alone.
