V Grooving Ecco Panel with a Variable Angle knife attachment.
The Variable Angle Knife tool enables you to create V grooves or bevel cuts at virtually any angle. This video shows the knifing tool set a 22.5degrees, which creates a 45degree groove, thus enabling the Ecco Panel to be bent in a smooth arc.
The Variable Angle Knife tool is compatible with the quick change knife head on the Trident CNC cutting machine and gives you more scope to create bevels or grooves at odd angles.
