This film was inspired by Charles Bukowski's poem 'Let it enfold you'. After seeing it in the movie Beautiful Boy and hearing Timothée Chalamet read it out loud, I looked into the full poem and I could not resonate more. The resistance sometimes that we have to life is horrendous. We feel like everything is out to get us, especially when sh*t just piles up, one messy garbage bag at a time. This poem perfectly describes that and how to find beauty in the little things.
