Lynnwood, Washington is located in Snohomish County just north of Seattle, WA (King County) along the I-5 corridor. The area is growing and Lynnwood, WA is home to the newly-built northern line of the Light Rail system which has contributed toward its huge surge in popularity and increase in home prices.
If you want an easy commute, TONS of shopping and great restaurants, and the well-known Alderwood Mall (first Nordstrom South of Canada) Lynnwood has it all!
Many people moving to Seattle, WA or Bellevue, WA for work want to know where an affordable suburb is that they can live (and maybe raise a family or a dog) without breaking the bank. Seattle has always been pricey and the East Side by Bellevue is becoming even more high-end.
Lynnwood was where my family chose to make our first home when we moved here after college. We loved the convenience and affordability.
