Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez 23 yrs old arrested in Tulsa Oklahoma. for the alleged case Rachel Morin and the ma and pa trail as*ault. she was found naked and unalive after going for a run in 2023. Hernandez is also wanted in El Salvador for the same crime. DNA was obtained in La where Hernandez is accused of a home invasion of a 9-year-old little girl and her mother.
