• Dietary changes: tending toward vegan, plant-based meals, fermentation: kombucha, vegetable ferments
• Baking sourdough bread:
○ 4 c bread flour
○ 2 c water
○ 1/4 c sourdough starter (I feed mine the night before)
○ 1 TBSP salt
○ Combine ingredients, fold, stretch, raise 12-24 hours, bake uncovered in cast iron dutch oven for 55 minutes at 450F (no need to pre-heat)
