How to clean Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) 2016-2021 Chevy Malibu
How to clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor on a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. Check engine light on the dashboard came on to start the winter went to Auto zone to find out the code was a P-1101 error code how i have a step by step to get it done yourself and save a couple bucks. Steps to success
Pry out the red locking clip
Disconnect the harness connector
Remove the two T-15 screws
Remove the air air flow sensor
Clean or replace and repeat the steps and reversal
*its important to wait 30mins to an Hour to completely dry or it could cause damage to the computer & engine and create a bigger problem
