In this video I am going to be showing off Rose, the legendary hand cannon from the Season of Opulence that still to this day is very viable in the crucible or even PvE. It comes from Shax now after you reach top rank in crucible and complete competitive sets. It also comes with randomized rolls so keep that in mind as it could come out completely busted.
