➡ Any encroachments or easements
➡ Different improvements - garage, additions
➡ Lot size deviations
Thinking about selling? You need to have an up-to-date RPR (survey) of the property, that includes all improvements done to the property (garage, AC Unit, fence). I can refer you to survey companies to help get the survey process started.
