I managed to find out a little bit of the background of the problem. It turns out that at one time in this engine the pin on the camshaft broke off and the valves met the pistons (that's why the "troika" pistons had "tsikovki"). The valves were bent and they decided not to restore that cylinder head. They simply bought another one from a dismantling (it already had a gujon in the 3rd cylinder), installed it and drove off. Soon the cylinder head gasket blew. They removed the head, replaced the gasket, assembled it and drove on. For some time everything was fine, but then the engine started to "triple" and it was brought to me. The conclusion from this story is this: If you buy some complex and important part from a dismantling, then installing it without checking it is risky...
In this case, they brought me another cylinder head (but not the one with bent valves), I did a major overhaul (except for replacing the seats) and installed it. :)
