In this short video, I discuss the myriad of stories coming out about how deep fakes are becoming a bigger problem for online dealings, especially when it comes to trusting political discourse. As time goes on, I believe we will see more and more deceptive tactics to get people on whatever side of the political aisle to get stirred up and triggered. Especially concerning the verification methodologies of blockchain technology and biometrics will become even more present as people will begin to not trust anyone or anything they see online. I point to Matthew 24 where Jesus warns His disciples not to be deceived. We are expecting a level of deception to peak all the while the Gospel is being shared and spread throughout the earth. Let’s decide to be part of the spreading of the Gospel and not the perpetuation of deception, especially on the Internet.
