Korean-style eggplant with chicken is a delicious and satisfying dish that will diversify your daily diet.
The dish is prepared quite simply and does not take much time to cook. Serve warm as a main dish, which can be supplemented with a side dish of rice if desired.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 500 g
Eggplant - 500 g
Starch - 2-3 tbsp.
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Soy sauce - 100 ml
Water - 100 ml
Vegetable oil for frying

Eggplant with chicken in Korean is a delicious and satisfying dish that will diversify your daily diet.
The dish is prepared quite simply and does not take much time to cook. It is served to the table in a warm form, as a main dish, which, if desired, can be supplemented with a side dish of rice.

Eggplant – 500 g
Starch – 2-3 tbsp. l

Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Soy sauce – 100 ml
Water – 100 ml
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Wash the chicken fillet well, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the eggplant into circles about 1 cm thick and then cut the circles into four parts.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the chopped chicken fillet and eggplant.
Add starch, mix. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Then add chopped onion and chopped garlic, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add soy sauce and water to the pan, stir, bring the dish to a boil, close the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
