►►To assign a shortcut key to your Word Macro follow these steps:
Start from 0:20
File - Options - Customize Ribbon - Customize...
0:34 and then search for the Macros in Categories section on left.
after searching for Macros, all your Macros will be seen on right section.
0:48 Choose your macro and assign a Key.
