In today's episode we talk about the different levels along your fitness journey.

As you start out you want to focus on building a solid foundation such as eating healthier options, moving your body(exercise) and getting enough sleep.

Then you can build off that foundation and move into more complex levels such as learning about macros and progression of your workout routine such as adding more time, reps, or weight to your resistance training program.

We go into more depth on these levels of Fitness in the video and we also touch on our 4 Phase Coaching System which was designed using these different levels of Fitness.

Phase 1: Foundations Phase
Phase 2: Results Phase
Phase 3: Lifestyle Phase
Phase 4: Maintenance/Sustainability Phase
