Hello Everyone and welcome to my first ever DIY Halloween/COSPLAY Costume Tutorial(WITH VOICE OVER!)!!!
In this video I'm creating the outfit from Stevie Nicks album Bella donna and added a little twist to some of the accessories.

BEADED BELT:
The original belt has actually some golden beads instead of purple rainbow beads, but I liked the purple and in this picture they look purple w/ the blue light:
