2024 Season Recap / Strzegom in April
The second competition of the season was in Strzegom in April. Caspar was originally supposed to compete in the 2* and Nessi in the 3*, but I decided at the last minute to only ride Caspar in the introductory round because he'd had a bit of a bad experience with water a few weeks prior and wasn't jumping in as easily as before. I didn't want to push him to do that at the competition; I wanted to give him the opportunity to relearn it in a relaxed way. Besides, it was his first competition of the season. Nessi had already competed in the 2* at Luhmühlen and was well-prepared for the 3* – but see for yourselves!
In the end, Caspar came in second! And it was an amazing feeling riding Nessi across the cross-country course. Everything went perfectly :)
