Take the time to breathe and allow yourself space from all the chaos
Take time to breathe human design as a 5/1 emotional projector it is important I take time to ride my emotional wave and remind myself that I can create space to slow down and be still. Taking time emotional authority is the definition of the emotional solar plexus authority. do not allow your emotions to keep you in the chaotic state - remind yourself that you have the power to slow down, to say no and to create space to breathe before reacting.
