Professor Dr. Marc Walter is leading the Weed-Care study, in which around 400 Basel residents are legally allowed to purchase cannabis. He is investigating how legalization might affect consumption, youth protection, and the black market. His findings are intended to provide a basis for discussion on the legalization of cannabis.
