The Grenade You Never Used | Borderlands 3
The Burning Summit is pretty well hidden and can only be obtained in Tyreen's Death Machine during the Sellout side mission.
Needless to say this is the only Molotov Cocktail grenade in the game and the most dangerous simply because it will explode the moment you through it, which is what killed me at the end of the run. My work around is to use Fl4k's Peregrine class mod and the Rakks to deliver the Burning Summit directly to the enemy and combined with the Guardian 4N631 to increase the damage output.
