Officer Graham is our new APD Recruiting Officer. He has served on West and North Patrol, as a Field Training Officer, and for the last 12 years was a member of APD's full-time SWAT team. In his new role, he hopes to help APD improve connections to the community through Relational Policing efforts. He knows that developing relationships with individual community members in addition to maintaining other social, business, and governmental relationships will lead to a richer recruiting environment.
