ArcGIS Parcel Fabric Editing (Construct From Parent )
In this tutorial, we take a survey plat and update an existing parcel in the parcel fabric to reflect the survey data in COGO format. Then we perform a split from that parcel as a "Construct from Parent" routine. Lastly we merge that newly created parcel with an adjacent lot to compete for the split/merge process for this particular land records transaction.
