So Hey I'm Nic I have returned to Youtube after a very long break, I really want to start making content again, more so PMVs like I used to when I was younger. Since I miss being able to be theatrical and stage scenes, show off my characters and what not.
I'm not an animator, I have no interest in animating, I may do it from time to time but nothing fancy. I hope to join plenty of PMV maps once I get my head around Tweening.
What is this animatic/storyboard?
These characters are from a deviant art role-play server called The Thousand Hearts, they are Watership Down ocs. This is a storyboard about their journey to escape a prison warren and their friendship and struggles along the way.
Who are the characters?
It might be hard to tell, but all the characters have minor discernable features, keep in mind this is super rough and I made it in a couple hours. Characters are Dog Teeth (DT), BlackBone (BB), Peddle (P), Castor (CAS), Cere (CER), Dill (D) and finally Hay, who is the yellow rabbit featured very shortly. What is the story?
A brief summary is, DT, Dill, Peddle and Muddy are prisoners in the Homba Hallow Warren, they stage an escape with a guard Castor who Dog Teeth has feelings for. During the battle to escape they are caught by General Thorn, the warrens leader and Muddy, Peddles brother is killed. During the escape, the group is chased by the guards and forced to cross the road where they won't follow. The animatic/storyboard is not linear and there is a lot of character symbolism in it I don't want to describe, but feel free to ask in the comments.
