Children can decorate their very own Christmas stocking with this felt stocking & embellishments pack. Each pack includes all of the required components to make 30 decorated stockings (150mmW x 260mmH).
Pack Includes; 30 felt stockings, 100 felt stars in assorted colours, 150 assorted bells and Basic Assorted Christmas Buttons 600g.
How To:
Felt is very easy to decorate, so with these felt stockings, kids will have fun creating their own designs.
Step 1. Lay out the stockings on top of benches covered in newspaper or protective material. This will make it easier to clean once all the fun has been had.
Step 2. Next help the children create their designs by placing their felt stars, bells and buttons on the stockings. Don't use glue just yet, in case they change their minds on how they want it to look. A perfect opportunity for them to practice their fine motor skills and creativity.
Step 3. Grab out the PVA glue and start sticking! Children can use their hands or paint brushes to glue on their embellishments.
Step 4. Once the designs are done, allow the stockings to dry in a place where they won't be disturbed or handled.
Step 5. When the stockings are dry, hang them up around the classroom or let the kids take them home to decorate their house. Santa might even leave a little gift in there stocking for them!
