Samuel Shenton no South Pole
Samuel Shenton, a flat Earth conspiracy theorist, founded the International Flat Earth Research Society in 1956. Despite scientific opposition, he promoted the idea of a flat Earth with a central North Pole and an ice wall as the South Pole. Shenton continued his advocacy through lectures and media appearances until his death in 1971
