Thai Cashew Chicken Ingredients:
[ ] 2 tablespoons oil
[ ] Two boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch dice
[ ] 1 teaspoon fish sauce or soy sauce
[ ] 1 teaspoon minced garlic
[ ] 1 packet Splenda or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
[ ] 1/2 cup diced onion
[ ] 1 cup diced sweet peppers
[ ] 1/2 teaspoon salt
[ ] 1/2 cup fried or salt roasted cashews
[ ] 1/2 cup chopped green onion
[ ] 1/2 teaspoon salt
[ ] 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro and basil mixed together
[ ] 1 egg optional
