I've been playing a LOT of The Unknown in DBD! and with this amount of playing I have come across so many fun builds but one in particular stood out to me. A combination of aura perks and oblivious perks allows us to sneak up on survivors, scaring the hell out of them and downing them through walls! I ran a similar build on pyramid head a while ago and this build works very similarly!
