I AM BACK AND ALMOST BETTER THAN EVER!!! Long Course Nationals and Bike Update!!!
This past May I experienced a horrific freak crash where I was told I would never race again let alone run or bike at any level. Well, I proved all the doctors wrong and I have returned and will be ready for Clash Daytona LC Nationals next month!
