What does it look like to balance farm life and college?

Follow BayleeJo Sims, a WVU Parkersburg Agribusiness student, as she starts her morning at home in rural West Virginia and commutes over an hour to campus for a full day of hands-on learning at the Riverhawk Farm and in the field.

From real farm visits to greenhouse work, the Agribusiness program blends classroom knowledge with practical experience to prepare students for careers in modern agriculture. Designed with commuter students in mind, the program allows Bailey to stay connected to her family farm while working toward her degree.

If you are interested in turning your passion into profit, the Associate of Applied Science in Agribusiness offers:
• Hands-on courses at the Riverhawk Farm
• Real-world farm and agribusiness experience
