Harp Demo: Improvisation on 37 string harp by Buxe Kleiner
In this improvisation, I explore the ambiguities of diatonic scales, with some microtonal deviations from a fixed tempered tuning. I leave it up to the listener to decide whether this was owed to recording in the open at 30° C with sub-tropical humidity.
The 37 string lever harp was devised and masterfully built by my good friend and harp maker Buxe Kleiner. He lives in the neighbourhood in northern Germany and is open for visitors and requests. Feel free to message me for contact details.
