HBW85 - Making a Ginger Neipa
Two years after my last brew day, I finally got my act together and brewed up a Neipa with the addition of ginger. No idea how this will turn out. Video is long and a bit boring, my camera kept messing up and not focusing and I forgot the yeast starter. Really hard to stitch this one together but hopefully you will enjoy a proper, old fashion brew day.
