IELOL Leadership Program: Project Summary
I'm proud to be a part of the Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning (IELOL). This presentation summarizes my project, focused on the creation of Signature Online Programs, created in support of in-demand occupations and living wages for Dallas College students. Signature Online Programs are directly connected to in-demand occupations and result in living wages. They’re developed in partnership with employers and offer a care-based experience to help students stay on track and succeed.
