Handling Complex Queue Communication for ATL Family Meal

Built a system for tracking each queue job dispatched in a database table
Built a second job to regularly check to see if each "batch" of queue jobs is completed, and once it is, to trigger an event

ATL Family Meal (atlfamilymeal.org) is a nonprofit spun up in response to restaurant and hospitality workers around the country going suddenly without work because of COVID-19. ATL Family gathers donors, restaurant owners, chefs, food suppliers, and volunteer drivers, and they cook and deliver thousands of meals a week to restaurant and hospitality workers who are currently without work.
