You have to install the launcher FIRST, then Bixby. After this, RESTART your phone. Go to Settings - Applications - Default Applications and set your home screen to the new TouchWiz launcher. It will lag at first, but eventually work.
Please note that this is preproduction software, so TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IF YOU NEED TO UNINSTALL, go to Settings - Applications - Application Manager - TouchWiz home. Hit the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and hit "Uninstall Updates"
