Reimagining the Future: Sampling AKIRA (1988)
Pulling sounds off of one of my favorite vinyl soundtracks. Many of you may have seen AKIRA, one of the most beloved sci-fi/cyberpunk and animated movies ever. I think it most known for its visuals, but the underlying music of the film is what really builds the world for me. Made three beats using the some of my favorite songs, for an upcoming AKIRA mix.
