When it comes to security and BYOD/PC, enabling an employee or contractor to be able to bring their x86 device into the organization, Moka5 has two golden rules:
BYOD/PC Rule #1: Manage the container, not the device.
Device management is an old world metaphor, it worked well when we understood they were only few devices but now we have this massive device proliferation, what you can do is you can create a container and deploy it on a device, manage that instead.
BYOD/PC Rule #2: If the device is unmanaged, never ever allow it onto your corporate network
From provisioning through to daily work through to killing, you shouldn't let unmanaged devices onto your network. You can however, allow the container onto the network.

How can you manage devices, and get work done, without letting devices onto the network. The answer is Moka5 and containerization.
Containerization in the Moka5 world means that we are taking apps and data and putting them together, deploying them with a set of security policies, and deploying them out to a number of different endpoints.
Those endpoints are obviously radically different devices and the containers that exist on them, look different. On x86 it's a full blown virtualization step with OS, app, and data and on the other devices, it's much more data oriented. So they're data access oriented, and we give you a more data access oriented container.
Of course, we don't just deploy these containers, we also continue to manage them, so you can update the container, change the security policies around them, and are able to end of life them.

Benefits of the M5 for Simplified Cybersecurity Solution include:
Secure container eliminates data leaks and IP loss
Secure container protects against viruses or malware the may infect the host device
Security at endpoints and communication in between
Seven layers of security
Policy-based secure corporate access

Forensic analysis is also a key piece of security. You a flow today, that flow involves getting the laptop back, being able to do forensic analysis over the drive patch using a tool like EnCase to look for any crumbs which might exist to error to use that activity. You can do something very similar with the Moka5 container we've worked with many companies on their forensic's flow and they're very happy with the result.
And the final piece of the puzzle of course has to be end of life. So, if I want to be able to end of life my container. Someone's left the organization or perhaps, they're even, you know, up to some nefarious activity.
I can either revoke, which will prevent access but leave the container present or kill which will remove the container all together. We all know that IAS 256 is great but given enough time and energy, anybody can crack anything. So you have the ability to do that from management consult as shown here, you also have the ability to set time bombs for both of those actions. So that if the user is smart enough to turn of the network they will automatically be revoked and then subsequently killed.
