Posterior Instability With Knotless FiberTak® Soft Anchors Using Sequential Tensioning of the Repair
Stephen A. Parada, MD (Augusta, GA), uses Knotless 1.8 FiberTak® soft anchors for a posterior labral tear. After each anchor is inserted, the repair suture is passed and then pretensioned. The repair is completed using a sequential tension method to dial in the best compression for the posterior soft tissue.
